How do I start a class?
Instructor → Sections → Clone or open a section, then follow its one-page Setup. Share the join code, import a CSV, or connect your LMS (LTI 1.3).
A student is stuck behind the comprehension gate.
Open Who needs me. Each card shows where they are stuck and what explanation works; use “Grant gate bypass” for an accommodation.
Where is the outcomes report?
Section → Outcomes. Download CSV or JSON, or print it.
Students
Why can’t I go to the next lesson?
Answer the short (not graded) check under each section. If it does not click, press “Explain it another way”. After every explanation you can always move on.
Is the webcam (Helix) required?
No. It is optional, runs only in your browser and never affects grades.
Can I see or delete my data?
Yes: My data lets you download your record or make a request.
I can’t sign in.
